“I am so happy that my husband and I chose A Perfect Match Photography for our wedding! I had coffee with Alix in the early stages of wedding planning when I was feeling especially overwhelmed. She calmed me down immediately and we had a great conversation about what I was looking for in my wedding photos and how she could help. I knew right then that she would be our photographer. After that initial meeting, we had a great engagement shoot in Central Park. One thing I really have to applaud Alix for her is her responsiveness. During the months leading up to the wedding, she always replied to my emails promptly and never made me feel like a pain (can't say the same for other vendors!). She even went out of her way to email me before leaving on an international trip to check that I wouldn't need anything while she was gone. We had another meeting before the big day to run through the wedding day timeline and the shot list -- her thoroughness was incredible. The day of, she showed up early and was by my side the entire time. She got all of the shots we discussed and so many amazing candids. I was nervous about how the photos in our space would turn out (a traditional indoor wedding venue, not the top of a beautiful mountain like you often see on Pinterest), but Alix made everything look magical. She got the sneak peeks and the full gallery to us earlier than promised. Multiple people have asked me for her contact info after seeing our wedding photos. I honestly can't recommend A Perfect Match Photography enough -- thank you, Alix!”
